This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made with RARA Tour & Travels may be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By booking any of our services (including vehicle rentals, tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services), you agree to the terms below.
2. Cancellation by Customer
A. Vehicle Booking / Cab Hire
72 hours or more: ✅ 90% refund (10% processing charges).
48–72 hours: ✅ 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours: ✅ 30% refund.
No-show / less than 24 hours: ❌ 100% cancellation charges.
B. Tour Packages
15 days or more: ✅ 70% refund.
14–7 days: ✅ 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: ❌ No refund.
Festive or peak-season bookings may have stricter policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
C. Hotel / Partner Services
Cancellation policies are governed by respective hotels or third-party providers.
RARA Tour & Travels acts as a facilitator and cannot guarantee refunds for third-party cancellations.
3. Cancellation by RARA Tour & Travels
In rare situations where bookings must be cancelled or modified due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons:
You will be informed promptly.
You may choose:
Full refund (excluding GST), OR
Reschedule for a future date at no extra cost.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, hotel bookings, or personal expenses.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Instant or same-day bookings.
Promotional or discounted bookings marked as Non-Refundable.
Partially used services or midway cancellations.
6. Modification / Rescheduling
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling may include service charges or fare differences.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
