2. Shipping / Delivery of Services
A. Digital Deliveries (E-Vouchers, Tickets & Confirmations)
Delivered via registered email ID.
Shared on WhatsApp number provided during booking.
Available on customer dashboard (if applicable).
Issued instantly or within 2–6 business hours after successful payment.
Third-party confirmations (hotel, airline, etc.) may take 24–48 hours.
B. Physical Deliveries (Documents / Materials)
Shipped via trusted courier partners (BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, etc.).
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–10 business days
Tracking details shared via SMS or email.
C. Delay in Delivery
Delays may occur due to:
Technical issues or payment gateway delays
Incorrect contact or address details
Force majeure events (weather, lockdowns, strikes, etc.)
Our team will keep you informed and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
3. Exchange Policy
A. Applicable Services
Vehicle upgrades or date changes (before trip start)
Tour rescheduling or substitution
Replacement of damaged or defective physical items
B. Non-Exchangeable Items
Partially used services
Non-refundable or promotional bookings
Custom itineraries or private charter services
Redeemed digital vouchers or coupons
C. Conditions for Exchange
Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or before service start.
Booking reference and proof (image/video) required.
Approved replacements issued within 3–5 working days.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
If product is damaged/misprinted → cost covered by RARA Tour & Travels.
If exchange is requested for personal reasons → cost borne by customer.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or service interruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier delays.
